Ingredients

PAP (phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid) 12 % does the whitening, without hydrogen peroxide. Hydroxyapatite, a mineral close to the tooth's own surface, is in the formula, with potassium citrate, xylitol and peppermint oil. Developed with dentists. Vegan and cruelty free.

Thirty minutes. Fourteen days.

One upper and one lower strip a day. That is the whole routine.

Step 1
Brush and dry

Brush, wait ten minutes, then pat your teeth dry with a tissue. Dry teeth hold the strip.

Step 2
Press on

One strip along the upper teeth, one along the lower. Smooth it over each tooth and fold the edge behind.

Step 3
Wait 30 minutes

Read, scroll, commute. No eating or drinking, and talk as little as you can for the first minutes.

Step 4
Peel and rinse

Peel both off, rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat daily for fourteen days.

Not forunder-18s, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or teeth with untreated cavities. Gum problems? Ask your dentist first.

Does it hurt?

There is no hydrogen peroxide in the gel, which is where most whitening sting comes from. Teeth that are already sensitive can still feel it; if they do, skip a day.

Do they stay on?

Yes, if the teeth are dry when you apply them. Pat them dry with a tissue first and talk as little as you can in the first minutes.

How fast will I see something?

Most people notice a change within the first few treatments. The strips work on surface stains like coffee, tea and red wine; they do not change your teeth's natural base colour.

Will crowns and fillings whiten?

No. Whitening only works on natural enamel, so crowns, veneers and fillings keep their colour.
