Does it replace string floss?

For a lot of people it is the version they actually do every day, which is the point. Ask your dentist or hygienist what fits your teeth, especially around implants or deep pockets.

How long does the battery last?

70+ minutes of running time from a 2500 mAh battery. At about a minute a day, that is weeks between charges. It charges by USB-C.

Can I use it in the shower?

Yes. It is IPX7 rated, so it can be fully wet. Many people find the shower the least messy place to use it.

Can the family share it?

Three nozzles come in the box, so up to three people can share one handle with their own nozzle.

My gums bled the first time. Is that normal?

It is common in the first days, especially on gums that are not used to flossing. Start on Soft. If bleeding continues past a week or two, see your dentist.

What do I put in the tank?

Lukewarm water. Empty the tank after use and let it air dry.
