Gel on the tray

One dose of gel, or brush the pen onto your teeth.

Step 2
Clip and insert

Attach the tray to the booster and place it over both rows.

Step 3
Press once

Ten minutes, then it beeps and switches itself off.

Step 4
Rinse both

Rinse your mouth and the tray. Let the tray dry.

Is it UV light?

No. It is blue LED light. Older pages of ours said UV, which was wrong.

Does the light whiten on its own?

No, the gel does the whitening. Research on violet light is promising (see the science page), but the tray's sure job is holding the gel in place for a timed ten minutes.

Can I use it with the strips or the pen?

With the pen, yes: brush the gel on and wear the tray over it. The strips are designed to work without it.
